Service description
SiwakAI provides access to AI models from third-party providers through a unified workspace and credit-based usage system. Model availability may change based on provider status and your plan.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information.
Credits and billing
Usage is measured in credits. Different models consume credits at different rates. Plan details, pricing, and billing terms will be specified when payment processing is implemented.
Acceptable use
You may not use SiwakAI for unlawful purposes, to generate harmful content, to violate others' rights, or to attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures.
Intellectual property
SiwakAI and its branding are owned by SiwakAI. AI model names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Output generated through the service may be subject to provider terms.
Disclaimer
AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. SiwakAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. You are responsible for evaluating outputs before relying on them.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SiwakAI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Changes
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
